Lara Castlunger

Biography

Lara Castlunger was born in Bruneck in 2000 and lives between Innsbruck and the Gadertal.

From 2019 to 2025, she studied to become a teacher of History and German, taking supplementary exams in Latin at the University of Innsbruck.

Since 2026, she has been a research assistant at the Institute of Contemporary History at the University of Innsbruck (pre-doctoral position).

Research Areas

Historical and political development of the Dolomite Ladins in the 20th and 21st centuries.

Nature conservation history in Tyrol.
